The Lofty Adjustable Desk with a custom top will require 6-8 weeks for delivery from the time you place your order. All other items will require one to two weeks from the time you place you order

Cancellation and Returns:

Orders can be cancelled or edited without penalty within three days. Post-cancellation fees apply thereafter, especially once construction begins.

Damaged goods must be reported immediately for repair or replacement. Returns due to color mismatch are not accepted without prior sample requests.

Desks and tops with speical customization done apart from the sain are not returnable.. Returns must be initiated within 10 days and are subject to shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 15 days of return receipt.

A. We cannot accept returns due to stain or finish color mismatches or surprises if samples were not requested. We send out stain, paint, and upholstery samples at no charge and provide a postage return label. It is recommended to see samples before ordering.

B. Items that have been personalized or customized in any way that will make it difficult to resell cannot be returned.

C. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return the furniture piece(s) for a refund. The cost of shipping (to you and back to our warehouse) and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds

Please allow up to 15 days after we get the furniture back to process the refund. All merchandise returned to us must be shipped via our company carrier.

Indeed, discounts are available for bulk order. The discount amount will vary depending on the order size and type. Contact us to get a detailed quote and turn around time.

Currently all orders ship for free within the 48 contiguous US states.

Shipping is free for all items when shipped to the lower 48 states. Adjustable height desks will ship with a blanket-wrap service. Smaller items such as chairs, and other accessories may use UPS Ground.

Yes. if anything happens to your order while in transit, such as damaged or lost packages you will be fully refunded or provided with replacement items for free. We cannot be responsible for items once they are delivered to the destination address.
